The report looks at how children’s rights are affected by forces life, providing recommendations to decision-makers to improve support and mitigations.
Our workshop provides a great opportunity to learn how this report was co-produced and to hear directly from two of the young people involved in the process.

Our report, titled ‘It’s not just their job, it’s our whole lives’, outlines how the rights of children and young people from armed forces families are affected across the three categories of protection, provision, and participation.
The most important part is the shared experiences of the children and young people and what they have said is needed to promote their rights. With them, we have made recommendations for decision makers at all levels of governments.
