The needs and views of children and young people from armed forces and veteran families can often be missed when it comes to policymaking.
We are here to amplify their voices and make sure they are heard.
We take a participative approach to our influencing so that children and young people can have a say on issues that affect them and ensure those with power, listen. Where possible, we strive to embed our Combined|Force co-production model throughout our influencing work to ensure our own practice balances the lived experience of young people, with the learned experience of our staff.
In fact, alongside young people, we’ve even co-produced our own approach to influencing as well as outlining our calls to action (what we think needs to change). Check out ‘A Force for Meaningful Change’ to learn more about our Influencing Strategy.
