What happens next?

We will always get back to you!

Shortly after the advertised closing date, we will inform you whether you have been shortlisted for an interview or have unfortunately not met the essential criteria.

Interview

We will send you an email inviting you to an experience-based panel interview. We will let you know who will be on the panel and send you details of a ‘task’ or presentation topic we would like you to prepare in advance. Interviews will be held in person whenever possible and include Young People whenever practical.

After your interview

If you are successful, the Hiring Manager will give you a call as soon as they can to give you the good news. Unsuccessful candidates will also be contacted and feedback will be given on request.

Disclosure

All successful applicants will have to complete a full disclosure before being issued a contract, this can take up to four weeks.
