Forces Life Mental Health
Forces Children Scotland is looking for young people from serving, reservist, and veteran families between S1-S6 in the Helensburgh area to get involved.

Come along and share your thoughts about what you would like teachers and other professionals to know when it comes to supporting you with your mental health and wellbeing.

Want to have your say in co-producing digital mental health and wellbeing resources that can go alongside our new mental health and wellbeing CPD webinar that is designed to help people like your teachers better support you?

Whether it’s about providing a little extra help when a parent is deployed or something completely different. Here’s an excellent opportunity to feel heard by sharing your voice, and creativity to help us understand what will prove helpful when it comes to mental health and wellbeing.

The co-production session will be held at Hermitage Academy from 10am to 3pm on Saturday 26 October 2024.

Lunch will be provided.

If you or a young person you know would like to get involved, please email Gillian Gray or come along to the Your Mind Matters drop-in run by Gillian on Monday the 7th or 21st of October to sign up.
