We are looking for a Marketing, Communications and Fundraising Assistant to join the team!

We’re looking for a clear passion to apply specific knowledge and skills to help reach greater numbers of children and young people, supporters, and strategic partners.

Creativity and flair are essential to deliver engaging content to amplify the voice of children and young people and get it on the radar of our strategic audiences.

This role is also about working effectively with people and we are looking for someone who can work with beneficiaries, the wider team, and creative agencies.

Who should consider applying for this role?

We feel this role will be perfect for someone who has recently graduated with a degree-level qualification in either marketing, communications, or journalism.

The role will provide a fantastic platform to learn new skills, develop in confidence and apply theory into practice across a broad range of product-client areas.

Candidates will also need to evidence essential elements within the job description through either voluntary work, placements, or previous employment.

Here’s a couple of essential elements we will focus on during the shortlisting process:

  • Working in a team environment, with creative agencies or with end-users.
  • Making effective contributions towards digital/offline campaigns.
  • Understanding of internal/external communication channels.
