Scotland’s Armed Forces Children’s Charity

It’s an exciting time to work at Forces Children Scotland, which is committed to becoming the sector leading Armed Forces charity in Scotland which supports children and young people, from serving, reservist and veteran families.

We are working hard behind the scenes to co-produce a new three-year strategic plan together with children and young people from forces families as well as our staff and trustees, which will go a long way to helping us realise our ambitious strategic vision.

One of the first steps on this journey is to create a series of new job vacancies within Forces Children Scotland to take the charity forward in realising its strategic aims, and right now we are running a recruitment campaign to recruit four new team members.

Better still, our new vacancies span a broad range of disciplines which will complement existing knowledge, skills and experiences within the team; from strategy and research, education and learning to mental health, marketing, communications, and fundraising.

Working for a charity provides such a wonderful, rewarding experience. Whether you have experience working within the third sector, or if you feel you might have the transferable skills to make a career change, why not take a look at our job descriptions below.

Please note the deadline for submitting applications is Sunday 12 December. For further information, please contact admin@forceschildrenscotland.org.uk
